Room to rent in my flat in Clapton. Ideal for someone looking for short-term (no minimum and maximum of six months) or someone who needs a place part-time.

Fully furnished room with a double bed and really good mattress. The room also has a small desk and chair. Plus a large chest of drawers and a clothing rail. There is a blackout blind in the window (the window is east facing).

The flat is very quiet - it’s surrounded by other flats so there’s no traffic noise at any time. It’s also a new build and is really warm. There is an intercom system to enter the compound.

Nice kitchen/living room with lots of light. There’s a large south-facing balcony off the living room, with a balcony sofa and mini greenhouse for herbs.

One shared bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath.

The neighbourhood is great - Clapton overground is a 7-minute walk and there’s a good gym (Blok) nearby also. There’s also a co-working space (Drop-In). The 106 bus stop is outside, and Stoke Newington and Rectory Road overgrounds are a 12-minute walk away.

I don’t have a television (although I do have a TV license). All bills are included in the monthly price, including council tax and internet. This also includes a cleaner once a month. There’s also a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

I’m happy to adjust the price if someone is only looking for a room for a few nights per week.
