This new apartment is situated on Wallington high Street and opposite Wallington train station. Bustops for regular buses are within 5 minutes walking distance.

The flat is furnished and we will be sharing a kitchen, bathroom and living room/ dining room. The kitchen has a fridge, cupboards, microwave and a washing machine while the living room has a couch and table. There's also a small balcony and we have access to the communal garden. Free parking is available and there is space for bike storage.

The current flatmate (my little sister) is a 23 year old female. (We live together but due to work i have to relocate). She is very clean, tidy and fun. Most of the time she won't be around as she works 6 days a week. She prefers a clean, tidy and independent flatmate.

This room is available to preferably an employed female or full time mature student .

Rent is £800 per month.
