The room is a large double with plenty of space and is available to a single person. It is fully equipped with everything needed to start a rental including bedding, smart TV, fridge, tea making facilities and toaster. Plenty of wardrobe space is available in two wardrobes. The kitchen is available to share and is well equipped. The garden is accessed from the kitchen and anyone can use it. All utility bills are included in the monthly rent and toilet rolls, soap etc are supplied to bathrooms and cleaning items supplied for the house for everyone to use. Our home is close to Tolworth Broadway which has lots of grocery options from Iceland and private grocers and butchers to Marks and Spencer. There are lots of take-always and a good selection of restaurants too. For clothes shopping Kingston is a short bus ride away. Transport links from here are really great with Tolworth station (20mins Waterloo) a few mins walk over the road and numerous busses running to local areas and further afield like Heathrow Airport. The night bus also runs all night into central London. The road networks are also great with the A3 on our doorstep and the M25 10 mins drive down the road in two different directions and Central London 12 miles by road.  We are surprisingly close to nearby countryside walks which are about 10 mins walk away and a bus will take you to nearby attractions like Hampton Court Palace, Chessington World of Adventures, Wisley Gardens and several Nation trust houses and gardens etc. We are looking for a professional working person or a retired person who is self contained but friendly and who cleans up after themself. We are generally a pretty quiet household where we just get on with our day to day lives. We socialise more in passing but do occasionally have BBQ's etc for those who want to share. Internet is included in the rent but is subject to reasonable use so not suitable for those working from home or extensive online game playing. No heavy drinkers of drug users please. We are not taking any new pets but do currently have a dog in the house. She is well behaved and quiet. No smoking, vapes or burning of anything or any open flames.
