I'm subletting my beautiful private room in Homerton / Hackney while traveling this winter, available Dec 16th - Jan 29th. Ideally, I'm looking for someone to rent the whole period for £1130 (bills included).

The room is in a shared flat with 2 lovely female housemates (38y and 26y). One of them works at a nearby bakery and brings home fresh loaves of sourdough, so there is always delicious bread to be shared. The flat is newly renovated with 2 bathrooms (one shower and one bathtub).

The flat is located in a lovely neighborhood full of great spots for food, drinks and groceries. It's a 6 minute walk to Homerton Overground station and a 10 minute walk to London Fields and Victoria Park.
